Pocklington RUFC

We provide child development-led rugby, played according to the Age Grade Rugby principles. This is mixed boys and girls for school year 6.

Matches and training take place on a Sunday morning from 10:30am and games are played against other teams in an environment where the focus is on development, fun and participation rather than winning and losing. As a result we don't have leagues, keep score or win/lose - we reward the rugby union core values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship and we guarantee that every player gets at least half a game (usually more).
